Your rig

Make, model, year, battery, and roof numbers you save under My rig stay in this browser's localStorage. They are not uploaded unless you also submit a form that includes them.

Checklists

Checked items stay in localStorage on this device. Clearing site data clears them.

Leads and reminders

Installer requests, contact notes, build submissions, and maintenance reminders are stored only after you check the consent box. On Cloudflare they go to D1 (or KV, if that is what is connected). Until a database is connected, the development server writes them to a local .data folder.

Reminder emails are off until an email service is connected. Until then there's no signup box, and the site turns away any reminder request without saving it.

Please don't send passwords or card numbers. This site doesn't take payment. Amazon and Megawatt Merch run their own checkouts.

Ask Megawatt is switched off until an AI service is connected, and its button stays hidden. When it's on, your question and the pages of this site that match it go to that AI provider to write the answer. Keep anything private out of the question box.

Forecast

A ZIP or place name is sent to Zippopotam and Open-Meteo to fetch public weather data. It is not added to the lead file unless you also submit a form.
